We will practice 4 different positions during the training, in order to achieve this full body treatment.
You will receive a complete manual with photos and detailed descriptions of the sequence as well as theory, philosophy and history.
During the 5 days of Yoga and Thai Massage Retreat, students participate in therapeutic yoga classes, focused in developing internal sensitivity with conscious breathing and body alignments necessary to give a Thai Massage. They will also participate in daily pranayama (breath work), Meditation and Yoga Philosophy in order to cultivate internal awareness and becoming channels of divine love and healing.

These courses are open to all levels of experience. The techniques are helpful for health workers, therapist, yoga teachers or anyone who is called to learn healing techniques in loving service to their friends, family, or clients.
The housing is included in the price of the residential course. Our Ashram has ecological and comfortable shared rooms available. The night before the course is also included.
Three Vegetarian Gourmet Meals are included in the cost of the course. We provide farm-to-table meals, with the majority of our produce coming from our organic gardens or our neighbors farms.
International Teacher and Yoga and Ayurveda Therapist, Syam Vallabhi encountered yoga in 2001 and since then has dedicated her life to the studying and teaching of Yoga, The Healing Arts and Yoga Philosophy all around the world.
As a Senior Teacher with the Inbound School of Yoga, and founder of the 500hr Teacher Training Program, she is the founder and director of the Yogendra Eco- Ashram in Cali, Colombia (www.yogashramcali.com)
She has been certified in Traditional Thai Massage in Thailand, Laos, Bali, and the United States.
Throughout her intensive yoga study, Syam Vallabhi has completed the Teacher Trainings of Anusara Yoga, Yin Yoga and is E-RYT 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. As one of the Pioneers of AcroYoga in South America and Asia, she certified in 2008, at the advanced level in 2010, and founded the AcroYoga Lineage of the BYS in 2013.
Her other certifications include, Ayurveda (In India and USA), Reiki, Breema, Craneo Sacral Therapy, Yoga Anatomy and Zen Thai Shiatsu.
Syam Vallabhi is devoted to her path as a Bhakti Yogini, to her Teachers Gurudeva Atulananda Acarya Majaraj and Chaitanya Nitai Das, and to sharing transformative tools in order to empower others to align with their life purpose and true happiness. She humbly offers from her heart what she continues to learn from her practice, her teachers and all the beings she meets on her journeys.
