In this unique system of Thai Massage, the practitioner guides the client through a series of yogic postures, patting along the body’s energy lines (“Sen”) and pressure points. Together, these actions result in a comprehensive treatment of the entire body that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, stimulates the immune system and balances the body energetically.
Thai Yoga massage takes place on a mat on the floor; Both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing for ease of movement and flexibility.
Individual Yoga Therapy provides an opportunity to work one-on-one with Syam Vallabhi to focus on specific needs. Over the course of the session you will be prescribed a practice or regimen which may include diet, cleansing, yoga and meditation – depending on your situation. Part of the session may also include body and energy work, as well as K-Tape Application.
Syam will send you off with your personalized therapy in hand, oriented solely to support you in your healing process.
There is also the option of sessions via Zoom.
