¡Hello!

My name is Satya and I will accompany you in this adventure.

My heart has been beating to the rhythm of yoga for more than 16 years, a journey that has deeply transformed me and allowed me to touch the lives of others. With each breath and each asana, it built not only a practice, but a way of life that I share today with love and dedication. As an internationally certified yoga instructor and therapist, I created Shanti Om Yoga Community in Palmira, Valle, a refuge where each person can reconnect with their essence, and gave life to the festival “Yogate la Vida”, a magical encounter where art and meditation intertwine, I have been guiding retreats for more than 8 years.

My seed of learning also led me to train as a doula, to immerse myself in mindfulness and art therapy, thus enriching my way of accompanying others. Today, from the classrooms of Bhakti yoga school, I have the privilege of training new yoga teachers, while continuing my own journey of discovery, guiding others towards their transformation and creating safe spaces where each person can flourish and find their inner balance.
