Course Inspiration:
Returning to Balance

The inspiration behind this course stems from the Ayurvedic ideal of “Swastha”—being grounded in Being, living in harmony with your nature (prakriti) and the world around you. Ayurveda teaches us that true health is not merely the absence of disease, but a profound state of inner balance, presence, and alignment.

Through this training, you will reconnect with that balance. You will learn practical Ayurvedic tools to restore and maintain well-being, not through restriction, but by understanding your unique constitution and living in rhythm with nature.

By experiencing how simple yet powerful these practices can be, you will naturally feel the desire to share them with others.

This course is where the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda converge, offering timeless wisdom to support ourselves—and those we serve—on a path of healing, peace, and purposeful living.

Health, peace, and harmony are not far away—they are our natural state.

"The Yoga and Ayurveda course is a healing experience for me, another step in my own spiritual growth, both in Yoga and in my ability to help others. It's about getting closer to health and well-being, a seed that Shyam, with her great love and knowledge, plants within us, and which we must continue to cultivate and nurture.

The course was wonderful, with excellent learning opportunities, all guided by a truly great human being like Shyam!

Thank you so much!"

"The teacher training has been the best investment I've ever made. It has not only given me the tools and knowledge to teach yoga, but it has also brought about a true inner transformation. I see life with different eyes, the eyes of love and compassion. And although there is still a long way to go for me, I recommend this course because without a doubt, those who take it end up being better people.

Thank you, Bhakti Yoga School."
"I started the Ayurveda course thanks to Shyam, and also because it was the right time to do so and expand my knowledge and understanding of a science that comes directly from the SOURCE. Like many other ancient sciences, humankind somehow managed to establish aspects that could provide physical, mental, and spiritual health, and Ayurveda is one of the most comprehensive.

I'm happy to have finished this course, which, beyond being a job, is a fantastic tool to help, especially in these times, people who just need some advice and the motivation to change or improve their lives and their health."

Taking the Yoga and Ayurveda course with Syam has been a profound and wonderful experience. I feel grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with my essence and engage in loving inner work.

The energy of the classes, the study materials, the information, and the constant support make everything I've learned an experience that can be integrated into my life. Experiencing the effects of a more conscious and balanced lifestyle, and this personal transformation, has inspired me to share it with others.

The course is structured in such a way that it provides everything necessary to do so.
