No prior experience is necessary
This course is for you if you want to feel better in your body…and also if you feel called to support others.
Ayurveda is the science of life—a way of understanding how your body and energy work, and why you sometimes feel out of balance.
In this training, you'll begin with yourself.
You'll learn to recognize your own patterns, create supportive routines, and make choices more aligned with your true nature.
And from there…you'll naturally be able to support others.
This is a practical and applicable Ayurveda, focused on real life:
We will also integrate yoga, meditation, and pranayama as tools to regulate the nervous system and support the balance process.
You will learn not only theory, but how to:
A simple yet profound path — to return to balance… and learn to sustain it.
At some point… we all feel disconnected from ourselves. From our bodies, from our natural rhythms, from that sense of clarity and inner peace.
This course is born from that return. In Ayurveda, there is the concept of Swastha: being grounded in your own Being… living in harmony with your nature and with the life around you. But this is not just an idea… it is an experience that is cultivated.
Through this training, you will not only learn Ayurveda and Therapeutic Yoga—you will learn to listen to yourself, to understand your unique constitution, and to live in a rhythm that truly sustains you. Not from restriction… but from awareness.
Because true health is not just about not being sick—it's about feeling at home within yourself. And when that happens… the desire to share it naturally arises. This space unites two sister sciences—Yoga and Ayurveda—not as theory, but as a living path of healing, presence, and purpose.
