The inspiration behind this course stems from the Ayurvedic ideal of “Swastha”—being grounded in Being, living in harmony with your nature (prakriti) and the world around you. Ayurveda teaches us that true health is not merely the absence of disease, but a profound state of inner balance, presence, and alignment.
Through this training, you will reconnect with that balance. You will learn practical Ayurvedic tools to restore and maintain well-being, not through restriction, but by understanding your unique constitution and living in rhythm with nature.
By experiencing how simple yet powerful these practices can be, you will naturally feel the desire to share them with others.
This course is where the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda converge, offering timeless wisdom to support ourselves—and those we serve—on a path of healing, peace, and purposeful living.
Health, peace, and harmony are not far away—they are our natural state.
