This detox retreat is designed not only as a cleansing experience, but as a true pause from daily life—a moment to rest, reset, and reconnect.

Held at Yogendra Ashram, the environment itself is part of the healing process. Nestled in the mountains of the Farallones near Cali, Colombia, the ashram is surrounded by fresh air, panoramic views, and deep stillness. The natural setting offers an abundance of prana, inviting the body and mind to slow down and restore their natural rhythm.

The ashram features hammocks, natural pools, walking paths, and open skies—creating a sacred and peaceful atmosphere ideal for detox, rest, and integration.

Ayurvedic Detox Meals

• The retreat includes three nourishing Ayurvedic detox meals designed to be filling while supporting digestion and cleansing.

• Meals are warm, simple, and balanced, prepared according to Ayurvedic principles to strengthen digestive fire (Agni) without creating depletion.

• After each meal, Ayurvedic detox teas are served to further support digestion, elimination, and internal balance.

Ayurvedic Herbal Support

Participants receive gentle Ayurvedic herbal support selected to:

• Encourage natural and smooth elimination
• Support digestive and liver function
• Reduce bloating and toxin accumulation

The approach is supportive and non-aggressive, respecting the body’s natural rhythms.

Founder & Director, Yogendra Ashram

Shyam Vallabhi has over 18 years of experience studying and practicing Ayurveda, with extensive training in India and continued education in the United States.

Since 2013, she has trained yoga teachers, Ayurveda therapists, and bodywork practitioners.

She leads detox programs, Ayurvedic retreats, and Panchakarma-inspired cleansing processes worldwide, and also offers Ayurvedic therapies and retreats through Bhakti Yoga School in the Sacred Valley of Cusco, Peru.

Her guidance is grounded, compassionate, and deeply experiential.
