December arrives, and yet many feel that they haven’t accomplished anything: unfulfilled goals, repeated cycles, lack of clarity, and an inner feeling of “not knowing what I really want for my life.”

Sometimes we end the year exhausted, disconnected, and repeating rituals like eating 12 grapes and running down the street with a suitcase that don’t transform anything. That’s why this ceremony was created, because we want to do something very special to close the cycle… something that truly touches the heart.

So we have prepared an END-OF-YEAR CEREMONY designed for the soul, an intimate, conscious, and deeply healing space to say goodbye to 2025 from the heart, but most importantly, to start 2026 from a more authentic place, vibrating highly with goals that are aligned with you.

Here, you don’t just come to “do something different.”

What's included

Terms and Conditions

1. By making the deposit or full payment for your spot, you are accepting the terms and conditions.

2. To secure your spot, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required.

3. Once your request to participate in the ceremony has been accepted, the deposit is non-refundable (NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS). If the application is not accepted, the deposit will be refunded immediately.

4. The total balance must be paid no later than December 26, 2025.

5. Any additional charges incurred by the bank transfer must be covered by the participant.

6. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone you know, giving at least 3 days’ notice and sending the name and phone number of the person to whom you are transferring your spot.

7. In the event that the retreat must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. Transportation expenses (airfare, taxis, etc.) are not included in the refund.

8. If the participant wishes to cancel or modify their participation, they must notify us at least one week prior to the start date of the ceremony. In this case, we may offer a change of date or credit for any other activity or course run by us, but no refund will be made. If we do not receive such notification within the specified period, the deposit will not be refundable (see point 3).

9. We reserve the right of admission.

At Santuario de Bienestar, we are deeply committed to the safety and well-being of our participants. However, it is important to note that Santuario de Bienestar, Yogendra Ashram, and our team are not responsible for any injuries or physical discomfort that may arise during our activities.

Although we take all necessary precautions to ensure that our activities are safe and effective, each participant is responsible for taking care of their own health. We recognize that each body is unique and may react differently to yoga postures and movements.

Therefore, we invite each participant to be aware of their own physical and emotional limitations and to communicate with one of the ceremony facilitators if they have any questions or concerns. It is essential to respect personal limits and avoid forcing the body beyond what is safe and comfortable.

We remind you that yoga and the tools offered are a gradual path whose benefits are built with constant and patient practice. We recommend consulting with a health professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

In summary, Santuario de Bienestar and Yogendra Ashram are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during practice. However, we reaffirm our commitment to providing a safe, mindful, and respectful space.

Recommendations

Bring with you

Bring socks and a jacket or something to keep you warm because it can sometimes get cold.
Bring comfortable shoes and sandals, as we must enter some areas of the ashram barefoot and it will be easier to take your shoes off if you are wearing sandals.
Comfortable clothing.
Umbrella for rain.
A flashlight (if you don't have one, you can use the flashlight on your cell phone).
Snacks in case you want to eat something in addition to the meals included in the package.
Bring a thermos to stay hydrated.
If you have a yoga mat, bring it. If you don't have a mat, we can lend you one.
Bring sunscreen and insect repellent (if they are natural and in cream, stick, or roll-on form, even better, as this avoids contamination with aerosols).

Please do not bring to the ashram

Meals based on animal meat (no type of animal) or eggs. Butter, yogurt, cheese, and milk are fine.
Coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, and tobacco.
Do not bring or come under the influence of ancestral medicines such as mambe, ambil, yage, ayahuasca, mushrooms, marijuana, etc., or any type of hallucinogenic substance.

This is a sacred space and we must treat it as such.

I am 31 years old and co-founder of Santuario de Bienestar. I am on this path thanks to depression that lasted for YEARS. My spiritual journey began with the search to improve my mental and emotional state after the death of my father and having been a victim of violence in Colombia. During one of my appointments with my psychiatrist, I finally understood that if I didn’t do anything for myself, nothing would change… and that was a turning point in my life.

From that moment on, a conviction was born within me to want to help myself and others find their inner light, because “going within is the only way out.” That is why I am here, sharing with all of you what I have learned over so many years about yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and other techniques that were and continue to be a source of transformation, love, and light in my life.

Surya Narayan Das

I am 34 years old and co-founder of Santuario de Bienestar. My journey in search of God began in my teens, and became much more active 11 years ago when I started practicing reiki, took courses on angels, and began meditating.

Since then, this journey has been more of a roller coaster than anything else, with moments when I wanted to throw in the towel and others when I experienced such immense happiness that it seemed otherworldly. And it is that immense happiness that I want other human beings to experience. That is my mission and what gives meaning to my life, and your being here gives meaning to Santuario de Bienestar.
